Job Summary This position provides support for Recruitment and other functions within all campuses of GHC.
Must be a current GHC student.
Responsibilities
Is responsible to understand, support, and carry out the college's mission, vision, and values and comply with mandates and regulations of government and accrediting bodies
Provides general office support assistance
Assists with HUB front desk and VHUB customer service as needed
Provides support in ticketing system and phone queue
Assists with display creation and maintenance
Assists with creation and posting of advertisements such as flyers and signs
Assists with stock maintenance including inventorying supplies and promotional/giveaway items (swag)
Assists with campus events, tours and activities to prospective students and families
Follows up with prospective students for outstanding documents
Performs other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and current GHC undergraduate student with:
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) currently being met
Current-Year FAFSA on file with all verifications an any other requirements complete
Currently enrolled for at least six (6) credit hours (in most instances)
Some prior experience is preferred but not required. Job specific training will be provided.Proposed Salary
Salary is $12 per hour,
up to 19 hours per week
