Trinity Admissions Recruiters are responsible to develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to reach prospective students across a range of ages and locations, from high schools to workplaces and community organizations. Recruiters have portfolios that focus on these academic units and disciplines, with the recruiting assignment aligned with candidate experience and interest:
College of Arts & Sciences: full-time daytime undergraduate women’s college enrolling students directly from high school as well as transfer students, with majors across a full range of liberal arts programs including Psychology, Global Affairs, Politics and Policy, Criminal Justice, Biology and other sciences, Information Technology and many other fields.
Candidates must provide evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills, and a track record of success in higher education admissions work. Alternative experience may be considered if it includes strong marketing and sales experience. Presentations will be part of the interview process. Candidates should also present evidence of success in developing and sustaining partnerships with high school counselors, college access programs, and employers. Experience in the Washington, D.C. region is preferred.
Admissions work requires occasional evenings and weekends and candidates must be willing to work with schedule flexibility. Candidates should also have their own cars (Trinity reimburses mileage).
