Job Summary
The Title Ill Project Director is a full-time, 12-month position reporting directly to the Associate Vice President of Student Success. This role is responsible for the comprehensive implementation, management, and administration of the Title Ill project, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and federal guidelines. The Director will lead efforts that support the College's strategic commitment to student success, retention, and graduation. This includes coordinating retention activities, monitoring student progress and outcomes, preparing reports, and collaborating with campus stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives that enhance the student experience and promote academic achievement.
Responsibilities
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in working with non-traditional students, first-year college student populations with the goal to help them overcome barriers that impact student success.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day program activities(budget management, hiring, scheduling meetings, retention specialist, academic coaches etc.).
- Implement a retention case-management system using the CRM(technology) which is targeted at at-risk population.
- Oversee supplemental instruction and assist with retention strategies. This will include creating alert catagories to assist with idenifiying students who need additional inclass support and employ mini lectures, study hass, on-time tutoring opportunities
- Master's Degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Higher Education Administration, or Social Work
- 5 Years of work experience
