What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Management Analyst III position at Inside Higher Ed?
Duties and responsibilities include—but not be limited to: (1) coordinating data curation and analysis of ETL pipelines of UF Health data into the state-wide Clinical Research Network(CRN); (2) setting up, maintaining, and extending the Informatics for Integrating Biology & the Bedside (i2b2) to facilitate cohort discovery for OneFlorida investigators; and (3) using statistical software, such as R, to create data validation processes and plan for ways to address data quality. Remote work/telecommuting is permitted appx. 3times/week.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, or Biotechnology and four(4) years of experience in advanced knowledge of data processing techniques and a solid technical understanding of software and hardware applications used to support UF's data services OR a Master's degree in Computer Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, or Biotechnology and two (2) years of experience in advanced knowledge of data processing techniques and a solid technical understanding of software and hardware applications used to support UF's data services.
