The hourly rate is $15.00 which translates to $31,200.00 per year.
General Schedule
Position typically works Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm in-office at UCO’s main campus in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Position Overview
Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered. Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors. Proofreads entered information to ensure accuracy. Prepares and distributes documents. Organize information alphabetically, by subject matter, or by using codes to maintain orderliness. Ensure that files are up-to-date, accurate, and readily available. Store completed documents in appropriate locations. Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
Department Specific Essential Job Duties
Images documents for distribution via our automated workflow process in and for record retention. Images and tracks documents that are not part of the automated workflow process into the Banner system and distributes to appropriate area. Verifies information from financial aid applicants for correctness and completeness. Assists with daily tracking of information as changes and/or deletions are made to the student's financial aid file. Research student inquiries concerning receipt of documents relative to the processing of applications for financial assistance. Works closely with the financial aid office and student OneStop center. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience Required
Performs administrative or manual tasks. Requires general education or vocational training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications/Experience Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office, OnBase or other document imaging system.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Effective oral and written communication and human relation skills. Good keyboard skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
