This role is responsible for coordinating student learning evidence (SLE), managing grant activities, and leading outreach efforts, while supporting faculty and broader college initiatives. The Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring alignment, organization, and consistent execution across the school.

- Coordinate all efforts associated with Student Learning Evidence (SLE). Administer the assessment, develop evaluation forms, maintain databases, collect and report results.
- Manage all facets of the grants in Applied Technologies.
- Coordinate School of Applied Technologies Outreach for industry outreach events, Applied Technologies open house, Schools to Skills tours and other events.
- Represent the school of Applied Technologies for broader campus initiatives.
- Plan and facilitate full-time and adjunct faculty in-service.
- Coordinate and track School of Applied Technologies Prior Learning Assessment (PLA)/Curriculum.
- Coordinate and manage special projects and assist with implementation of college initiatives.
- Provide technical support and course development for instructors using the Course Management Software.
- Maintain current professional and technical knowledge in the field through professional education and activities.
- Create and maintain industry partnerships.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Knowledge of curriculum design, competency-based education and online learning.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, engineering, transportation, graphics and construction industries.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills - oral, written and listening.
- Ability to attend closely to detailed work, completing and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to work processes.
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team and/or with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage time and organize work.
- Intermediate proficiency with computer software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related applied technical field preferred; an Associate's degree combined with a minimum of two additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree requirement. An equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may also be considered.
- Three (3) years of experience in project management and/or program coordination.
- Three (3) years of system coordination and facilitation experience.
