ASSISTANT COORDINATOR OF RECORDS
Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for one full-time position Assistant Coordinator of Records in the Department of the Registrar’s Office.
This position is responsible for the processing of information applicable to student records, demographics, and auditing of student record information each semester to ensure accuracy. Primary individual for processing electronic form workflow, and document imaging.

Required: Bachelor’s Degree. Two (2) years relevant experience working with data and records.

Duties include, but not limited to:1. Student Record Audits: Ensures all student record audits are completed with accuracy and within established timeframes.

- Enrollment Verifications: Processes enrollment verifications per student requests. Ensures all university policies, and FERPA regulations are followed.
