This position is a Grade: 7 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $39,670-$47,620 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

- Deliver sport-specific coaching and skill development
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top student-athletes
- Support academic development and student-athlete success
- Maintain compliance with University, Patriot League, and NCAA policies
- Collaborate with coaching staff to achieve program objectives
- Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
- One to three years of work related experience
- Experience as a student-athlete
- NCAA Certification required
- CPR/First-Aid Certification required
