The Business Division at Reading Area Community College (RACC) seeks adjunct instructors to teach Accounting courses. These courses may include financial, managerial, or applied accounting and will integrate industry-standard tools such as QuickBooks, Excel, and Power BI. Instructors will help students build competencies in financial reporting, analysis, and workforce readiness aligned with transfer and career pathways.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrated teaching ability in accounting.
- Proficiency with financial reporting and accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel).
- Commitment to the community college mission and student success.
- CPA, CMA, or related professional credential.
- Community college teaching experience.
- Professional experience in accounting, auditing, tax, or finance.
- Experience with ERP systems, cloud accounting, or data analytics tools.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and cultural engagement in teaching.
- PA residency required
- On-campus daytime availability
