You’ll support day‑to‑day incidents and requests related to Identity Management and Microsoft 365 applications like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Active Directory, with a strong focus on the account lifecycle—handling things like accounts, passwords, storage, deprovisioning, and access requests. You’ll also help with resource accounts, email aliases, shared mailboxes, calendars, and other user needs. Success in this role comes from strong communication skills, solid technical experience, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset, along with the ability to manage projects, tackle complex challenges, and collaborate closely with teammates, leadership, users, and vendors. While you’ll work with a lot of autonomy, daily check‑ins with management and senior staff help keep projects moving forward, and you’ll be trusted to take ownership and accountability for your work.

- Troubleshoot complex software, hardware, and network issues in collaboration with IT teams

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT related field and 3 years of experience in supporting IT infrastructure system design, installation, Active Directory and Identity operations, support, and maintenance of on premise, hybrid, and public cloud storage, compute, and network environments.
- 2 years of experience supporting and managing administrative consoles and systems.
- Strong written and verbal skills, ability to analyze data and provide solutions to complex problems including hands-on experience working with the required technologies and using advanced problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle complex tasks and overcome technical obstacles to achieve business goals and timelines.
- Ability to manage projects effectively demonstrating a working knowledge of project management techniques.
- Ability to establish working relationships with management, staff, users and vendors working as an effective team member are essential.
