Location: Kenmore, WA (on-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $25–30/hour DOE

This leadership role supports
daily operations, client coordination, and community programs in a collaborative, whole-person-care environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and values-driven — someone who enjoys keeping people and processes connected.
Key Duties:
Manage scheduling, communication systems, and administrative workflows
Support clients, clinicians, and community partners
Coordinate onboarding, records, and compliance
Help our programs and creative community events run smoothly
Qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative or program management experience (healthcare or nonprofit preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and comfort learning new systems
- Warm, trauma-informed approach to teamwork and community care
- Experience in whole person care system, particularly behavioral health focused, is preferred
