Insero Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing hospitality organization in the Rochester area to recruit a Rooms Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team of a highly respected luxury property known for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Rooms Manager will provide leadership across the property's Rooms Division, overseeing front office operations, housekeeping, guest services, and reservations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, driving guest satisfaction, developing high-performing teams, and supporting the property's overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direction for the Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Guest Services teams.
• Foster a culture centered on exceptional guest service while maintaining high operational and quality standards throughout the property.
• Oversee daily rooms operations, ensuring efficient workflows, staffing, and service delivery.
• Partner with department leaders to recruit, develop, and retain top talent while supporting employee engagement and performance.
• Monitor guest feedback and operational trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to develop and execute operational strategies that support business goals and financial performance.
• Ensure effective communication across departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Support revenue initiatives by maintaining operational readiness and partnering on occupancy and guest service strategies.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism while empowering team members to deliver outstanding service recovery.
• Promote accountability, operational consistency, and compliance with company policies, brand standards, and service expectations.

Requirements:

• 5 years of progressive leadership experience within hospitality, hotels, resorts, or luxury guest services.
• Experience leading multiple operational departments within a hotel environment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service standards, and rooms division management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience utilizing hotel property management systems (PMS) and workforce management software is preferred.
• Ability to balance operational priorities while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Flexibility to support business needs, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary : $70,000
