InReach provides a wide variety of services to adults with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities. We have been serving the Charlotte community since 1974.
We Need: This is a full-time salaried position for Qualified Professional responsible to develop, implement, and coordinate community day activities and support the efforts of the individuals served by supervising community coaches in the implementation of supports to individuals served; monitoring; managing and facilitating community activities and events.
Schedule is Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm; 37.5 hrs/wk
Pay: $47,500/yr

What you'll do:
- Updating & creating plans
- Knowledge of submitting authorizations and managing utilization of service hours
- Supervising staff
- Maintaining contact with employer partners
- Providing vocational training to staff
- Maintaining scheduling of staff to ensure on the job coverage for customers and providing back up as needed
- Working with the vocational team to establish new employment opportunities
What you'll bring:
- Possess a baccalaureate degree.
- Must be a Qualified Professional.
- Must have 1-2 years supervisory experience.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the principles of behavior management and behavioral techniques.
- Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
- Ability to perform essential job results, physical tasks and mental tasks.
Requirements: All Program Managers must have Qualified Professional status; (4-year college degree in human service field plus two-year's supervised habilitative experience working with special needs population, OR 4-year college degree in non-human service field plus four-year's supervised habilitative experience). Possess a valid driver's license, have use of a vehicle 24-hours a day and maintain safe driving record.
