Base Salary: $325,000–$350,000 Full-time W-2 · 7 on / 7 off · Night shifts · On-site

Inpatient Specialists Group is an independent, physician-led hospitalist group — not a national staffing company. Our physicians practice in a collaborative, lean administrative environment where leadership is accessible and scheduling decisions are made locally.
Schedule
- 7 on / 7 off night schedule
- Defined night census — you are not the only resource overnight
Compensation
$325,000–$350,000 base salary determined by years of hospitalist experience. Full-time W-2 employment with no PRN or 1099 arrangements.

What We're Looking For
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Active DEA license or eligibility
- Comfort with independent overnight decision-making at the attending level
- Strong communication skills for care transitions and family discussions

Pay: $325,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
