Base Salary: $250,000–$275,000 | Total Compensation: $275,000–$340,000

Inpatient Specialists Group is an independent, physician-led hospitalist group — not a national staffing company. Our physicians practice in a collaborative, lean administrative environment where leadership is accessible and scheduling decisions are made locally.
Schedule
- 7 on / 7 off daytime schedule
- 218 annual shifts including 3 flex shifts
- Manageable census with attending-level support
Compensation
$250,000–$275,000 base salary determined by years of hospitalist experience. ISG physicians participate in quarterly profit sharing once individual net collections exceed base salary plus overhead. Full-time W-2 employment with no PRN or 1099 arrangements.

What We're Looking For
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Active DEA license or eligibility
- Strong documentation habits and a collaborative approach to care transitions
