- JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Recruiting Assistant will assist in supporting company recruiting activities. Activities include researching recruiting systems that the company uses to identify qualified candidates using position descriptions for any open customer contract positions to support customer projects, either current or in support of Government proposals.
Job Responsibilities
- Access recruiting systems and websites company uses as directed
- Identify list of available candidates whose profiles match any open customer contract positions or positions required for company’s upcoming Government contract proposals.
- Download and distribute candidate resumes or candidate profiles if available.
Position Requirements
- Part-time commitment to work at least 10 hours per week.
- Ability to work with others.
- Ability to follow directions and organization skills.
- Some computer skills to work with recruiting systems to find qualified resumes.
