- Supervise daily shipping operations, ensuring orders are prepared, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Lead, train, and coach shipping associates, promoting a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.
- Monitor workload and assign tasks to meet production and customer delivery deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and carrier requirements.
- Partner with warehouse and production teams to coordinate material flow and resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and oversee ERP/system transactions for shipments.
- Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation of shipping discrepancies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of shipping/warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Knowledge of shipping practices, freight carriers, and ERP/warehouse management systems
- Forklift certification and experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, ERP systems a plus)
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods
- Frequent reaching, bending, and material handling
- Exposure to moderate noise, inks, and chemicals
- PPE may be required depending on the task

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
