Role Overview
As a Packing/Shipping Associate, you’ll help ensure finished goods are accurately packed, labeled, and shipped to meet customer specifications. You’ll also play a critical role in preparing and packaging orders for shipment to customers both nationally and internationally. This is a fast-paced role requiring attention to detail, organization, and a team-focused mindset.

Role Overview
As a Packing/Shipping Associate, you’ll help ensure finished goods are accurately packed, labeled, and shipped to meet customer specifications. You’ll also play a critical role in preparing and packaging orders for shipment to customers both nationally and internationally. This is a fast-paced role requiring attention to detail, organization, and a team-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately follow customer specs that pertain to each order
- Prepare packing slips and freight
- Package finished products
- Organize cores and boxes
- Wrap skids
- Safely operate shrink wrap machine
- Prepare outbound inventory orders
- Use pallet jack to move products/boxes
- Notify purchaser to order boxes
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Comply with company policies and be available for overtime as needed
- Perform additional duties as required
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team-first mindset

Salary : $18 - $21
