Narrow‑Web UV Flexo Print Production Specialist

Team-oriented, customer-driven, and built on partnerships that help everyone win. When will you work? Second shift, Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM. What will I do? You’ll run a servo-driven narrow web UV flexographic press to produce premium labels and packaging. From setup to final inspection, you’ll control print impression, registration, ink and curing parameters, and perform on-the-fly troubleshooting to keep quality high and waste low. You’ll wrap up with routine maintenance—cleaning, oiling, and UV lamp care—so the press is production-ready for the next job. What experience do I need? Hands-on operation of UV flexo narrow web equipment (Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, Omet, or comparable).Strong grasp of UV curing systems, inks, substrates, and press mechanics.Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solver focused on quality, efficiency, and reducing waste.Comfort with the physical aspects of press work: standing, lifting, bending.Team player with clear, proactive communication. What tasks will I own day-to-day? Operate the UV flexo press to meet job specifications.Set up print and die-cut: install tooling and mount plates accurately.Load and verify substrates; confirm ink specs; ensure reliable UV cure.Set impression, tune ink and curing, and maintain registration.Troubleshoot print, curing, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.Monitor quality continuously; make adjustments as needed.Perform routine maintenance, including UV lamp care, cleaning, oiling, and minor repairs.Follow SOPs and all safety standards.
