Your mission
Deliver beautifully printed labels that meet exact specifications—on time, every time. On our first shift (Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM), you’ll turn detailed job tickets into production-ready press setups and consistent, high-quality output.

How you’ll succeed
Picture this: a new job hits your queue. You confirm the substrate, ink system, coating, and finishing notes; load sheets; mount plates and blankets; and tune the ink/water balance. With tight registration and color accuracy dialed in, you monitor the run—adjusting ink flow, pressure, and feed to keep quality steady. You spot issues early, correct them quickly, and keep the press area clean and safe. Along the way, you coordinate with supervisors, production, and quality to meet schedule and spec.
Core responsibilities
- Operate and maintain sheet-fed presses to exact customer and job ticket requirements
- Set up press for each job: materials, plates/blankets, ink/water balance, registration, and color match
- Conduct frequent quality checks and document results as needed
- Troubleshoot print and mechanical problems to minimize waste and downtime
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance; communicate major repair needs
- Follow safety practices and maintain an orderly workspace
What you bring
- Experience running sheet-fed offset or digital presses such as Heidelberg, Komori, or KBA
- Understanding of substrates used in labels, tags, cartons, and specialty packaging
- Exceptional attention to detail and color fidelity
- Ability to interpret job tickets, production schedules, and quality specs
- Preferred familiarity with offset, UV, and water-based inks and coatings
- Mechanical skill for adjustments and minor repairs
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-moving environment
- Team-first communicator who is reliable and accountable
