Key Responsibilities
- Support daily production needs across multiple departments
- Assist operators with setups, changeovers, and material staging
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
- Perform basic quality checks and assist with machine operation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Cross-train on equipment and processes as assigned
- Communicate safety, quality, or equipment issues to leads or supervisors
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attendance and reliability are essential
- Willingness to learn and work in multiple production areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as needed

Salary : $20 - $23
