What you’ll do:
As a Production Assembler, you'll be an essential part of our production process, responsible for assembling high-quality products with precision and care. Your role will include:
· Assembling and inspecting products according to specifications (building and wrapping pallets, assembling parts for product, use of hand tools may be necessary)
· Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
· Collaborating with a supportive team to meet production goals
· Contributing to the lean manufacturing culture and continuous improvement efforts
· Embracing opportunities for growth and development
This is a fairly active position requiring long periods on your feet. Some lifting of up to 30 lbs. might be required.

All of our factory positions are full-time, pay is based on experience level, and we offer a competitive benefits package that include a 401k with match, health, dental, and vision insurance, referral bonus program, on-the-job training, as well as paid vacation and sick time.
This is a full-time position, 10 hour shifts 7-5:30 Monday-Thursday, with possible OT on Fridays.
Past experience is helpful but not required, such as carpentry, cabinet maker, millwork, painter, electrician, handyman, etc.
