Inova Fair Oaks and Tysons – Endocrinology is looking for a dedicated Patient Access Associate 3 to join the team. This role will be full-time day shift from Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm| This position will travel between the two offices as needed.

- Supports scheduling activities by conducting pre-service activities such as insurance verification/submission.
- Gathers information about customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Troubleshoots individual admission issues in collaboration with other departments/staff.
- Identifies and communicates payroll authorization and referral requirements.
- Delivers an acceptable volume of work with high levels of accuracy.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: 2 years of healthcare patient access experience or 2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle.
- Certification: None
- Previous Ambulatory Experience
- Previous EPIC experience
