Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Manager to lead our front office operations with enthusiasm and precision. This role involves managing daily administrative functions, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a smooth flow of communication within the organization. As the first point of contact for guests, you will set the tone for a welcoming and professional environment. Your proactive approach, combined with strong office management skills, will drive efficiency and foster positive interactions across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk agents and their completion of all tasks
Complete scheduling
Complete annual reviews and maintain disciplinary actions when appropriate
Understand, execute, and review Rooms and Rates Policy.
Continually train front desk staff
Create and constantly review and maintain budget for Front Desk and Recreation Dept if necessary.
Complete weekly payroll
Maintain communication with Management Team and all employees
Monitor financial objectives; revenues, ADR, CPOR, and payroll expenses
Complete all projects assigned by GM and Corporate Executives
Order supplies for the front desk.
Help design and develop procedures, policies, and operations of resort to meet brand requirements
Assist in resolution of all guest issues to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction ratings
Maintain Petty Cash bags for manager, front desk and recreation dept’s
Communicate changes in procedures or policies to staff
Achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction ratings.

Education/Experience
Two years of previous management experience in a high quality resort, hotel, or related facility
College degree in business or manager or equivalent experience in related field
