Summary:
UX/UI Designers create engaging user experiences and interfaces for websites and applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analyze requirements.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces.
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs.
- Ensure consistency of branding and design standards.
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
- Create design documentation and guidelines.
- Optimize designs for mobile and web platforms.
- Advocate for user-centered design decisions.
- Review and provide feedback on design work across teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s in Design, HCI, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch).
Preferred Skills/Duties:
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
- Experience with accessibility standards.
