Key Responsibilities:
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights.
- Collaborate with business units to identify data needs.
- Create visualizations and reports for stakeholders.
- Optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.
- Ensure model accuracy, reproducibility, and scalability.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimental analysis.
- Document models, assumptions, and methodologies.
- Stay updated on emerging tools and algorithms.
- Mentor junior analysts and data engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in data science or analytics.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries.
- Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills/Duties:
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
- Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, and AI frameworks.
- Excellent data storytelling and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with data engineering pipelines.
