Job Description:
This is a strong IT Project Coordinator opportunity supporting enterprise-level infrastructure and operations initiatives across a fast-growing organization. You’ll work closely with IT leadership, vendors, and technical teams to help manage multiple projects, track deliverables, coordinate reporting, and keep teams aligned across infrastructure and operations initiatives. - 3 years of experience supporting IT projects as a Project Coordinator or PMO support resource within enterprise IT environments
- Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects while coordinating meetings, timelines, follow-ups, reporting, and project deliverables
- Smartsheet’s experience building dashboards, trackers, status reporting, and managing project workstreams
- Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting, and data tracking across large project environments
- Experience supporting infrastructure-related IT projects as a Project Coordinator, M365 and Azure
Nice to have:
• Experience supporting mergers & acquisitions (M&A) or multi-site IT integrations
- Coordinate and support multiple IT infrastructure and operations projects across various teams and business units
- Schedule and facilitate recurring project meetings, status calls, and follow-up discussions with internal teams and external vendors
- Build and maintain Smartsheets dashboards, project trackers, reporting tools, and status documentation across active workstreams
- Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and open action items to help ensure projects stay on schedule
- Partner closely with IT leadership, MSPs, and technical teams supporting networks, servers, M365, Azure, cybersecurity, and end-user environments
- Create and distribute project status reports, meeting notes, reporting metrics, and executive updates using Excel and reporting tools
- Help drive accountability across teams by tracking ownership, following up on outstanding items, and escalating risks when needed
- Support IT asset, licensing, and vendor tracking efforts while assisting with reporting and operational documentation
- Assist with infrastructure rollouts, acquisitions, integrations, and multi-location IT coordination efforts across the organization
- Work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders to ensure communication, alignment, and visibility across ongoing initiatives
