Job Description:
Our customer is looking for PC Migration Specialists to support a large-scale device migration effort. This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on executing high-volume PC migrations and helping move users and devices quickly and efficiently. The environment is expected to ramp quickly, so they need individuals who can step in, follow a defined process, and operate with speed and minimal oversight to help drive the migration across the finish line.
Requirements:
- 4 years of PC migration / desktop refresh experience – including Windows imaging, configuration, and high-volume user cutovers in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM (both required) for device provisioning, application deployment, and device management across cloud and on-prem environments
- Proven ability to support high-volume deployment waves / large-scale rollouts and the ability to move quickly with minimal oversight
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting (hardware, OS, connectivity issues)

• Manufacturing or shop-floor environment experience
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume PC migrations and device swaps as new images are released across the site
- Provide hands-on, desk-side support during migration waves with minimal supervision
- Perform device setup, imaging, configuration, and end-to-end user cutovers using Intune and SCCM/MECM
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during migration (hardware, OS, connectivity, profile issues) across both cloud and on-prem environments
- Follow and execute against a standardized migration process alongside site leads and central IT
- Maintain migration pace and throughput to meet aggressive site timelines
- Track progress and escalate blockers to ensure migrations stay on schedule
