Digital Purchase / E-Commerce Lead | Florham Park, NJ or New York, NY | Hybrid
Innovien is supporting a large-scale e-commerce modernization inside one of the most widely used platforms in the HCM space. We're hiring a Senior Digital Purchase / E-Commerce Lead to own the design of a net-new prospect-to-purchase capability from platform evaluation through the technical blueprint the build team executes against. This is a ground-up build, and this person writes the playbook.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technology stack evaluation for the prospect-facing purchase experience and deliver a platform recommendation with tradeoffs packaged for executive review
- Design the end-to-end prospect-to-purchase journey defining what's self-serve, what's assisted, and how the lead intelligence framework and warm handoff model operate
- Define the funnel data architecture: behavioral signals, analytics infrastructure, and the experimentation cadence that drives ongoing conversion improvement
- Partner with the Salesforce Experience Architect to translate journey and intelligence requirements into a technical blueprint for the Phase 2 build team
- Lead stakeholder discovery across sales, marketing, implementation, onboarding, and channel partner teams to surface requirements and ground the design in how the business actually operates
What You Bring
- 8 years of product or digital ownership with direct responsibility for B2B prospect-to-purchase journeys in HCM or FinTech
- Demonstrated experience evaluating e-commerce platform options Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, custom builds, or hybrid approaches
- Hands-on experience building lead intelligence and intent scoring frameworks that classify and route inbound leads by source to automate triage and improve conversion
- Experience designing in-journey triage and warm handoff models that determine when a self-serve buyer needs a human and how that transition is orchestrated within a CRM environment
- Proven ability to define funnel analytics infrastructure from the ground up, including instrumentation strategy, analytics layer integration, and experimentation setup
- Strong track record translating ambiguous business problems into clear technical requirements for engineering and architecture teams across multi-phase engagements
Nice to Have
- Experience standing up a net-new capability or Center of Excellence where the team and the discipline were being built simultaneously
- Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Lightning Web Components
- Exposure to funnel analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or Looker) with the ability to define the instrumentation strategy
