We are looking for a highly organized, hands-on Operations Coordinator to join our team in Midland, TX. This full-time role is essential to ensuring seamless coordination of field operations, tool assembly, and logistics across customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate tool assembly, service supervisors, and equipment mobilization for field jobs.
- Review and analyze production and shipping schedules, engineering specs, and sales orders to anticipate and resolve operational delays.
- Ensure all customer and internal documentation meets quality and accuracy standards.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain alignment on timelines.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and order tracking systems aligned with ERP standards.
About You:
- 5 years of oilfield experience preferred, ideally in operations or field coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong listening abilities and the confidence to collaborate across departments.
- Proven strength in organization, time management, and multitasking.
- Fluent in ERP systems; experience with data entry, order tracking, and operational reporting.
- Solid mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled at identifying issues through observation, monitoring, and review of work processes and data.
- Mechanically inclined — knowledge of packers, plugs, liner hangers, and toe sleeves is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with digital workflows.
- Comfortable in a physically active role: requires standing for extended periods, using hands, legs, and arms to handle materials and machinery, and lifting up to 75 lbs without assistance.
- Flexible and reliable — able to be on-call and respond to operational needs as they arise.
