Job Description
Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Track iron annual recerts. Set up recertification of Iron packages. Ensure it’s complete in timely manner. Audit fleets for Iron cert compliance.
- Track equipment Hours and PM’S. Set up PM. Ensure Pm’s are complete.
- Track PM profiles and oil samples.
- Monitor oil samples and flag equipment that needs attention.
- Acquire NM permits for the fleet moves through JJ Keller.
- Ensure all equipment has necessary paperwork for legal travel.
- Track all department assets and keep a running tally on down equipment, job ready equipment, and equipment on pad.
- Work with Maintenance department to ensure equipment is taken to them and repaired in a timely manner.
- Ensure facility is stocked with water, oils, and pump parts.
- Work with Ops manager and District manager to ensure smooth operation.
- Duties are subject to change or be added to as the nature of the business changes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 Years Experience working w/ permits, tracking Iron, tracking equipment and oilfield permits,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must pass Background check and Drug and Alcohol screening
- Ability to think quickly and apply critical thinking skills to all situations. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a positive team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Able to work in all-weather conditions.
