• Hybrid working model --Starting with 5 days office for 2-3 months, It can change to 3 days per week later on.

n.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions while leveraging Oracle''s latest AI capabilities to improve HR processes and employee experience

s.The candidate should be capable of working closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative HCM solution

• iesDesign, develop, and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions across Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, Payroll, and Benefi
• ts.Lead Redwood UX migration initiatives, including converting existing pages, transactions, and user experiences to Oracle Redwo
• od.Analyze existing customizations and recommend standard Redwood-based alternatives wherever possib
• le.Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, Fast Formula, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI analyses, SQL, and XML Publisher repor
