- Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month
- Sunday: Closed

✨ Your Role: Practice Manager
As Practice Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the clinic while leading with empathy, clarity, and a focus on connection. You’ll help us continue building a culture that prioritizes team well-being, excellent care, and community relationships.
👥 People & Culture
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and respectful work environment
- Mentor and support team members across departments with regular coaching
- Maintain strong communication across medical and operational teams
- Partner closely with the Medical Director to align hospital operations with clinical goals — whether it’s rolling out new wellness initiatives, supporting case reviews, or creating workflows that reduce burnout and improve patient outcomes
- Champion a workplace that celebrates teamwork, emotional intelligence, and professional growth
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, vendor relations, and compliance
- Streamline daily operations to ensure efficiency and a positive work environment
- Support the clinic's long-term vision through strategic planning and service development
- Collaborate with Innovetive Petcare's business support teams on budgets, payroll, and metrics
- Monitor KPIs to track patient care outcomes, team performance, and client satisfaction
- Drive business growth through data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
- Uphold a welcoming, professional experience for every client and patient
- Handle escalated concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Represent the clinic with integrity in the local community
- Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 annually, based on experience
- Negotiable for CVPMs or highly experienced candidates
- Annual performance bonus based on personal and hospital success

- 3–5 years of leadership in a veterinary or healthcare setting (multi-site or ER a plus!)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency with veterinary software (Cornerstone, EzyVet, or similar)
- A hands-on mindset with the ability to adapt, pivot, and lead by example
