Provide high-quality onsite and remote desktop support for a fast-paced, creative and executive user base while supporting global IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-user desktop and technical support
- Provision devices, onboard new users, and manage account access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Mac systems and peripherals
- Resolve basic break/fix issues and network connectivity (wired/wireless)
- Support security, patching, and anti-malware initiatives
- Work with Service Desk ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow)
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and support project-based work
- 4 years of desktop/end-user support experience
- Strong Windows and macOS knowledge
- Experience with Office 365 administration
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and MDM (Intune, JAMF, Addigy)
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong communication skills and flexibility for extended hours when needed
- Intune & Autopilot experience is a plus
Salary : $25 - $30
