Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex construction and commercial litigation matters
- Handle cases in state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal research
- Participate in case strategy and management
- 4–8 years of construction or complex commercial litigation experience
- Active California Bar license
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- Experience with high-stakes litigation preferred
