Job Summary
The CNC Wireform Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC wire forming machines to produce high-precision wireforms, springs, and stamped components. This role ensures all production meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards while following engineering drawings and work instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC wire forming machines (Bihler, NUMALLIANCE, Itaya, or similar).
- Load materials and perform machine changeovers and adjustments.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and tolerances.
- Monitor production, troubleshoot minor machine issues, and record production data.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and follow safety and 5S standards.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of CNC wireform or spring manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
