Innovent Global has partnered with a well-established and rapidly expanding Optometry practice that provides on-site comprehensive eye care to long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
Position Summary
The Optometrist will travel to long-term care (LTC) and nursing home facilities throughout the Philadelphia, PA region, delivering high-quality eye care to residents. This is a Monday–Friday role, offering autonomy, consistent hours, and predictable scheduling—most providers complete their patient day by early afternoon.
This role is ideal for Optometrists who want meaningful, low-stress work, strong earning potential, and a true Monday–Friday routine.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive eye exams for residents in LTC and skilled nursing facilities
- Evaluate and manage ocular diseases, refractive errors, and vision changes
- See approximately 20–40 patients per day depending on facility size
- Travel to 1–2 facilities per day (local travel only; mileage reimbursed)
- Complete clinical documentation and coordinate care with facility teams
Position Highlights
- Monday–Friday (no weekends, nights, call, or surgery)
- ASAP start—immediate openings available
- Mobile/Facility-Based—patient-facing hours typically 5–6 hours/day
- Most days finished by 2-3 PM
- All travel expenses fully covered, including:
- Mileage reimbursement
- Hotel accommodations (if ever needed)
- Travel cart all medical supplies
- Malpractice insurance fully covered

Compensation
- Daily earning range: $900 – $1,500 per day
(Revenue-based model with strong per-patient reimbursement and commission)

- Patients per Day: 20–40

Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Active Pennsylvania Optometry License (or in progress)
- NBEO Certification
- New graduates and residents are welcome to apply
