Job Title: Senior RPA Developer
Duration: 9 Months
Location: Austin, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain RPA solutions for HHSC IT Administrative Applications.
- Build, test, deploy, and troubleshoot automation bots using BluePrism, Microsoft Power Automate, and Azure.
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and prepare solution designs.
- Collaborate with users, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand workflows.
- Investigate problem areas, debug automation issues, and optimize RPA performance.
- Manage RPA infrastructure, environments, and integrations as needed.
- Validate and troubleshoot HTTP responses, APIs, and system interactions.
- Utilize DOM inspection, JavaScript, and HTML knowledge to enhance automation reliability.
- Work in Agile (Kanban/Scrum) methodology, delivering iterative improvements.
- Provide guidance and leadership on complex automation tasks; ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
Required Skills/experience
- 8 years of Hands-on experience with RPA development, with at least 4 years specifically using Blue Prism
- 8 years of Experience with web development including HTML, JavaScript, DOM and HTTP protocol
- 8 years of Experience with SQL/No-SQL databases
- 8 years of Experience with RESTful web services
- Hands-on experience with BluePrism, Microsoft Power Automate, and Azure is a must along with the ability to troubleshoot and validate HTTP responses.
- Knowledge of DOM, HTTP protocol, JavaScript, and HTML is also required. This will be a fast-paced project working in an Agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment.
Preferred Skills
- 4 years of Experience with API development
- 4 years of Experience with process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture
- 4 years of Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- 3 years of Experience with Azure infrastructure including troubleshooting
- 3 years of Experience with software development using Agile methodology
- 1 years of Experience with Power Automate development
- 1 years of BluePrism Certification
- 1 years of Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
- 1 years of Prior experience supporting Health and Human Services and OIG
