What are the responsibilities and job description for the Document Control Administrator position at INNOVATIVE TURNAROUND CONTROLS LTD?
* Continuously monitor the input of all drawings into DMS software to maintain archived files.
* Enable efficient tracking, updating and version control of approved drawings and their status.
* Support integration with green field projects during final drawing handover phases.
* Ensure EPC contractor's DMS's are compliant with Client drawing management requirements.
* Provide efficient, secure and appropriate access to drawing and previous revisions.
* Manage the process to control the quality and review cycle of work packs, documents, records and procedures.
* Revise heritage integration drawing names as required for DMS software archiving and company policy.
* Revise native CAD files for re-branding and title updates under supervision.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
High School diploma or GED equivalent
5 years of experience in a business environment related to engineering drawing management such as electronic file storage, revisioning, and file check-in/out procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient with electronic data management systems and document imaging
Experience with various proprietary Electronic Document Control and computing systems
Entry level AutoCAD Experience
Salary : $20 - $25
