At Innovative Therapy Center, we believe therapy should be effective, family-centered, and genuinely fun. We are a therapist-owned, multidisciplinary outpatient practice serving children and families throughout Northeast Ohio. Our team includes Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Feeding Specialists, and Counselors who collaborate daily to help children reach their full potential.

We're growing and looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about pediatric communication and wants to work alongside a supportive team that values clinical excellence, creativity, and work-life balance.

What You'll Love About This Position

  • Primarily pediatric caseload (ages 6 months–18 years)
  • Opportunity to build specialty interests, including literacy, language, AAC, feeding, social communication, or voice

Typical Caseload

This position is primarily focused on:

  • Speech sound disorders/articulation and phonological disorders
  • Receptive and expressive language delays/disorders
  • Early language development
  • School-age language and academic support
  • Social communication skills
  • Literacy and reading-related language intervention (interest and experience strongly preferred)

Additional opportunities may be available in feeding, AAC, voice, fluency, and adult services based on clinician interests and experience.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Ohio Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Interest in literacy intervention strongly preferred
