Colliers Assisted Living operates a growing portfolio of senior living communities across Florida, and we're searching for an exceptional Chief Marketing Director to lead our statewide marketing operations. This is a fully remote, senior executive role — you can live anywhere in the country, but you'll travel regularly throughout Florida to drive growth across all of our communities.
What You'll Do
• Develop and own a comprehensive marketing strategy across all Colliers Florida communities
• Travel regularly throughout Florida to build referral networks, support community teams, and maintain brand presence
• Cultivate relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, senior care advocates, and community partners statewide
• Lead, coach, and elevate community-level marketing staff at each location
• Guide families through the discovery, tour, and move-in journey with professionalism and heart
• Report directly to executive leadership on occupancy performance, pipeline, and market trends
• Identify new growth opportunities and represent Colliers at industry events and conferences
What We're Looking For
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 5 years of experience in senior living, healthcare marketing, or multi-site sales leadership
• Demonstrated success driving occupancy and exceeding census goals across multiple locations
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Florida — this role is largely field-based
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Executive presence with outstanding communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Strategic visionary who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves in the field
• Deep, genuine compassion for seniors and their families

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
