You will be comfortable with traveling to multiple sites in a day to perform your duties. As the Maintenance Technician, you understand maintenance and safety procedures, preferably in the commercial property industry! You are a team player with a positive attitude. The Maintenance Technician should be familiar with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

What You’ll Do:

As the Maintenance Technician, you will work directly to support the Chief Maintenance Technician and commercial tenants at various properties. You will maintain preventive maintenance, prioritize tenant requests, ensure the building and grounds are pristine, and participate in the rotating on-call program with the other Maintenance Technicians. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for general electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance and vendor management. You will also participate in weekly and monthly systems testing at multiple locations.
