What You'll Do:
Adhere to and follow operating and safety procedures.
Dispose garbage containers
- * Report operations activities and issues to the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor or Operations Manager.
- Competently strive to achieve clients Quality Management System (QMS) Quality Objectives.
- Competently strive to achieve clients Food Safety Management System (FSMS) Quality Objectives.
- Always promote and maintain good housekeeping practices.
- Adhere to and follow clients ISO Quality & Food Safety Management System operating and safety procedures.
- Practice #234 Personal Hygiene Policy and Procedure
- Practice and ensure Food Grade Product Safety.
- Promote good customer relations and customer satisfaction through meeting customer requirements in handling their product(s).
- Manually stretch wrap filled customer material to pallets.
- Always conduct good housekeeping practices facility wide.
- Able to operate a 5,000 lb. sit down propane forklift.
- Have some knowledge of OSHA, Department of Transportation regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
Loading and unloading tank wagons, tank cars, ISO containers, and tanks.
- Gauges, pulling samples, and any other duty needed to transfer liquid.
- Supporting and helping achieve the terminal’s commitment to supply liquid and dry commodity storage and transfer, and provide value added services that complies with customer’s requirements every time.
- Exposure to physical labor that involves lifting and climbing.
- Running paperwork to and from the customer service representatives.
- Willing to work outside for extended periods of time.
- Expertise in following directions.
- Possesses a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and sit/stand for long periods of time
