Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals with impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for working in a progressive, people-centric environment. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to travel up to 5 days per week (Monday – Friday) with possible overnight stays to provide adequate office coverage at any of our 20 locations across Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, and Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to ISS locations to cover for absences within the internal staff.
• Phone screen and process candidates for available job opportunities.
• Communicate with applicants and clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Data entry of documentation into the HRIS system.
• Process hiring paperwork for new employees placed on assignment.
• Process Workman’s Comp paperwork.
• Adapt to changes within different locations.
• Retain knowledge on the client base to achieve complete satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient despite interruptions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly dependable and able to work overtime as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and active insurance coverage.
• Flexible schedule, able to work 45-55 hours per week.
