About the role: The Filling Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring filling line equipment to ensure products are filled, capped, and labeled according to company standards. This role follows all safety and quality procedures to maintain efficient production flow.
This is a full-time role and is expected to start January 5, 2026 in our brand new Mesa Facility (off of Signal Butte and Elliott).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate and monitor filling, capping, and labeling equipment.
- Follow batch records, SOPs, GMP, and safety procedures.
- Set up, adjust, and clean filling equipment as needed.
- Ensure correct containers, caps, labels, and packaging materials are used.
- Inspect filled products for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor.
- Complete production records and logbooks accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work as part of the filling team to meet daily production goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 years of experience in manufacturing, filling, or packaging preferred.
- Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
