What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at MESA FULLY FORMED LLC?
Machine Operator:
Here is glimpse of what you will do:
- Set up and run designated machine on a per job basis.
- Keep area clean to include machine, tooling and general workstation.
- Cross train and perform any other job-related functions as directed by lead or supervisor.
- Quality check work prior to working on product and after.
- Daily maintenance on machine: check oil levels, remove excess oil build up, wipe down for like new appearance.
- Daily contact with leads and Supervisors.
- Daily contact with employees in Granite Shop.
Here is some of what you will need (required):
- Must be a min. of 18 years of age
- Clear Pre-hire: background check and drug screen
- Must be able to move and/ or lift heavy product on a regular basis on and off work area benches. Occasionally pulling carts
- Withstand extreme head and cold depending on time of year.
- Be precise with measurements
- Ability to work without close supervision and self-motivated
