We are currently hiring for:
CCS Program Manager
The CCS Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program. This includes performing duties involving the care and treatment of individuals with mental illness and/or struggling with alcohol/drug dependency. This program includes both youth and adult clients and supports include: Individual Skills and Development and Medication Management. The CCS Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing program staff, which includes but is not limited to scheduling (staff and clients), training, performance reviews, productivity, as well as quality assurance of services and CCS requirements. The role of the CCS Manager will be balanced between and office setting and providing direct client supports in the community. Hours are typically 1st shift, although the manager is responsible to ensure coverage for the program during all hours of operation. Position requires on-call responsibilities. Manager experience is preferred. Must meet company requirements to be an eligible driver. A reliable vehicle with appropriate state insurance is required.
