We are a high-performance remodeling company specializing in premium, U.S.-made walk-in tubs and showers, and we are looking for 2 elite in-home sales professionals to join our team.

What Top Performers Earn
- $90,000–$200,000 annually
- 7% commission W2 (not 1099)
- Company Car & Fuel
- Draw against commission

What You’ll Do
- Run in-home sales appointments and close on the first visit
- Sell high-value bathroom remodeling solutions
- Follow up and close opportunities that require a second touch
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain a professional, high-energy presence with every homeowner
Schedule:
- ~35 hours/week
- 1 evening per week
- Up to 2 Saturdays per month
What It Takes to Win Here
- Proven track record in in-home, one-call close sales
- Ability to control the sales process and ask for the sale
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of personal accountability
- Self-starter mentality—no hand-holding
