Social Worker (MSW)

Job Requirements

Social Workers help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease. Responsibilities include assessing, educating, and collaborating with patients on care planning.

Work Experience

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Current or eligible for state licensure, if required.
• Meets state-specific requirements (e.g., LCSW and supervision, if applicable).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience, preferably in an ESRD setting.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure documents.
• Effective communication skills with clients and staff.

Salary Range

• $60,000 - $90,000 / yearly depending on experience and qualifications
