What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrative Assistant position at Innovative Property Tax Solutions, Inc.?
Rapidly growing consulting team seeking a well organized, outgoing, enthusiastic office assistant. Responsibilities include entering hearings into our database, assisting with the appeal process, ensuring reduction paperwork is scaned and entered into the database, assisting with agreement paperwork, possibly coordinating sales appointments and events, assisting with coming up with target markets for the sales staff, assisting with prepping for Hearings for the tax staff, updating clients on a regular basis and assistance with collecting/organizing other data from clients.
A college degree is preferred. Excellent computer skills (we use Mac computers), organizational skills, and a knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are highly desired. A positive attitude, team player mentality, and exceptional customer service are a must!
This is an in-office position, our office hours are 8:30am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
